With three decades financial management and operations experience in a variety of environments, Robin has been a vital contributor since joining the company in 1996. Robin also heads up information technology and was instrumental in building the firms state-of-the-art MRP systems.

Adam began his career at the Space and Naval Systems Center - San Diego where he worked to build the business processes leading to the successful deployment of a mission critical system supporting U.S. troops in Iraq. He subsequently worked as a marketing consultant, advising executives of small software companies on new market entry strategies in the US and UK. He brings a unique understanding of technology, innovation strategy and emerging markets to the task of further developing the company's marketing activities. Adam holds Six Sigma "Black Belt" certification from Indiana Wesleyan University, a BS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Oxford.

John has more than a dozen years at Union Machine. His experience in all phases of production, including engineering and CNC programming, make him a highly effective and well-rounded contrbutor to the company...especially when it comes to materials acquisition and proposal development.
